More than 12 million visitors vs 10 million inhabitants! So the French Open won't make a big difference on that number : So don't worry, you'll be able to monger. BTW, if you stay that long, you may consider a mongering week end in another city in Europe: Amsterdam, London, Brussels or Prague are less than a few hours by train or flight.
