All cuban towns have discos where they prefer popular forms of music over their traditional music.
Ask around, you won't find any difficulty in locating these places. Looking for someone to dance with can be a problem as the police often mistake this as prostitute activity and arrest the girls.

This is my 2nd time going and I'm a woman, so I know the route pretty well as far as finding dance partners. So, as long as it's discos that actually have a pretty good amount of people and not techno, but latin music, I'm good.
