I really enjoyed my stay at Wan's apartment. The room is very stylish and has a great view. I liked the room so much that I spent a lot of time just reading a book while sitting on the rocking chair, enjoying the peace and cool breeze from the open windows. The bed is comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. The wifi is strong. There are several cafes and restaurants on the ground floor or within a short walk of the apartment building.
I didn't see any other foreigners while I stayed here. It's a great place to have an authentic local experience.

This has become my home from home now and I've stayed at Wan Wan, Best Comfortable place twice it is clean and convenient.. I recommend you do as you're so close to everything here, excellent location! The host was very friendly and helpful. Was initially bumped when Wan mentioned the original unit could not be used as the air con was faulty, we were relocated to another unit opposite it.
Although it was not as ideal as the original, it was fine for a short stay. The surrounding is quaint and very safe, with plenty of convenience store and cafes nearby. Wan was very friendly and responsive, certainly an exemplary example for hosts! Location is quite convenient for getting around the area and Grab can get to you easily. Responsive host who goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met. I had a broken AC unit and it was promptly fixed. However do make sure to double check the room you actually get since it can be different than the one pictured.
This place is very comfortable and James and his family are great hosts. I stayed here for 3 months and shared with the entire family on a daily basis. They're all willing to help you with whatever you need, Binh even went to exchange currency for me! Highly recommended if you don't need to be near the center of the city.
