We decided on St. Lucia for our honeymoon and waited over a month after our wedding to go. Leading up to the wedding, we were so, so, busy. Busy with work projects, my bachelorette party, his bachelor party, my bridal shower, and everything else in between. We never got around to sitting down and sorting out the details of our honeymoon. Waiting almost two months to go on our honeymoon gave us much needed time to decompress, settle into being a Mr.
We decided to spend one week in St. Lucia, and chose where we would be staying solely based off of best rated hotels. Many islands have one particular area where most tourists stay. You could stay in any part of the island, and be a 45 minute car ride from the next nice resort. Initially, I looked into staying at Jade Mountain and Sugar Beach , which are very close to each other on the south side of the island near the famous Pitons. We chose to spend the first four nights of our stay at The Landings St.

Lucia , which had amazing reviews that helped aid in our selection. We spent the second half at Cap Maison , which is rated one of the best hotels in St. Both hotels are located on the north side of the island, near Gros-Islet, a big shopping center and Rodney Bay which is known for its bar and restaurant scene.
Netted Bikini Bottoms Bikini Top. We flew into Hewanorra International Airport which is almost two hours away from the north side of the island. So it was a no from me.
