I did not stayed in this hotel The best thing for me about the hotel is it's location. The staff was alright. They charged me extra for a bottle of Heineken which I never used, so they do need better financial management.
The hotel is well polished and the rooms are comfortable. They will charge for in room WiFi. Alright stay. We take pride to find out that your stay was a pleasant one and consider it good value for money. If you decide to come back and stay at Moscow Hotel on your next visit, I will be happy to offer you a drink and meet you in person. All in all we had a great experience living at Moscow Hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the facilities were great. We had no problems with noise or interruptions, and we enjoyed the pool-fascility, free wifi in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet a lot.
We were lucky to get a room on the 9th floor, so we did not notice any noises from the nightclub downstairs, and we still did not hear the flights. A really pleasant stay. This hotel is utterly worst nightmare so stay away from this. We stayed on 25th and 26th of December and l also left the note that is our 13th wedding anniversary celebrations, then to not even bother to place one flower or small cake in the room.
I also complained to the front office manager that our room was filthy and l do work as a Executive Housekeeper and l never seen as dirty room. He didn't even bother to take any responsibility. I kindly request you guys do not stay in this hotel.

Further to your comments regarding our staff, rooms and internet, I wish you have brought the matter with our Front Office Manager and myself so that proper course of action has been done with the concerned staff. I personally investigated the matter and we will take necessary actions to ensure the staffs are briefed accordingly before they start their duty.
