Contact Admin. We are currently staying at Yeni Hora and would never recommend it to anyone! It is rundown and dirty. None of the staff speak more than poor basic english only, reason gave service a 2 is because they kind of try hard. On our first night we came back from dinner to find our door unlocked and slightly ajar. Thank god nothing was missing, don't leave anything you value in rooms! I immediately went down to reception to tell them 'no housekeeping, no enter my room!
The descriptions of neighborhood in previous reviews were very acccurate it is seedy, feels dangerous and prostitutes everywhere.
I wish i hadnt left our accomodations arrangements to travelling companions because i definetely wouldnt have booked here. And only reason they did was because it was cheap. If you come to trabzon take the hit to your wallet and stay somewhere else or dont bother at all. You'd almost be better off sleeping at the beach, i've stayed at better hostels than this. Rest of hotels in area seem just as bad, avoid at all costs! Hotel management was excellent. Great service Tour guide to city, and religious places.
Clean hotel, great food, and Excellent costumer service!!! I have been at Yeni Hora for 2 nights The hotel is not centrally located even if it is just 10 mins from the center there are far better options. My room was old and had a strong smoke odour.
