This place is a complete dump. Sure, it's cheap. But their security guard runs prostitutes and drugs out of a room on the second floor. We had a wedding ring stolen out of our bags from the cleaning crew. When we brought a few guests back to our room one night, their security guard tried to shake us down for extra money, saying we weren't allowed to have them.
Don't bother. Everyone at this place is super sketchy. Spend the extra cash and stay somewhere better. I saw it online and it looked decent, not a resort type hotel but it looked clean and the pool seemed nice, and it was close to the beach. On arrival the place looked deserted, the rooms have the very minimum. Not even a bottle of water or plastic glass, no telephone. The bed has a base of cement and there's a gross mattress with stained and ripped sheets. The pool had bugs in it and the pool chairs were all broken and "stitched" back together.
There was only one guy at the pool serving drinks and seafood wouldn't trust it. The cleaning staff did NOT take our trash out for our 3 day stay, the tv remote didn't work either, hardly any water coming out of the bathroom sink and shower.
It was hard to find too. Not a cab seen near it. If you can sleep anywhere go ahead and stay but be warned you get what you pay for. Lesson learned!!! If you're in Rocky Point to party this is the place if you're single It's set up for Spring Break Rooms have the bare minimums, can't hurt'um Not a good place if you're lookin' to get any rest Great Hotel for Spring Break, this is no the other if you are looking for relaxing and sleeping.
At least on Spring Break this is not a quiet place. Our family of 4 selected this hotel because it was close to the beach and reasonably priced. However the room was gross and filthy. The bedding had many stains. The walls should have been painted years ago. There were fuzz balls hanging from the ceiling. The floors tile were so dirty that it forced us to wear shoes in the room.
