Has anyone stayed at this hostel? It offers a double room with TV and fan for pesos and is positioned just a hundred metres to your right when walking out the ADO bus terminal. It seemed great value to me and my travelling buddy when we arrived in Valladolid.
There was a boy of about 16 years old who appeared to be working there with his family. He seemed friendly enough when we arrived but a bit odd all the same. We decided to stay here two nights. The first night was relatively uneventful, although I was a bit worried that we didnt have a complete wall seperating our room from the corridor, so despite locking the door, someone could quite easily climb over the wall above it into our room. There were also windows a long the top of one wall that appeared to lead to an easily accessible roof, and at one point the boy tried to come into our room despite us saying everything was ok.
Anyway, we both woke up kin the morning and everything was fine. That day we returned after seeing Chichen itza for another night in this hostel. At about 11pm I decided to have a shower to cool off since the room was hot.
I stood there for a while with my eyes shut and when I opened them I saw someones eye staring at me through a crack in the window.
When I jumped out the shower I saw the face disappear quickly, and after a moment I opened the window to find that it opened to the floor of another bedroom. There was nothing in the room that could have been mistaken for what I saw so I went back into the bedroom feeling quite uneasy. Soon after there was a loud banging noise coming from the corridor.
