Horrible dirty hotel, scandalous Staff Dirty, filthy, run-down, smelly, crack-hotel feel to this place! Beds are old, dirty, and stained. Walls are old, dirty, and stained. Bed spread full of hair. It is almost midnight and we cannot even force ourselves to stay here another minute! Unfortunately I payed cash. Worst part they don't even give you tax bill. Stay there at your own risk. I had taken three rooms from 25th june to 28th june. I stayed here for a day , rooms are economical , No Buffet for Breakfast , non Ac room sucks , Ac rooms are expensive, Gokulam park is times better compared on the costing and the facilities, there are also plenty of options available around the same place , but not this place again for sure , they could not even give me news paper wen asked for , pls think multiple times before booking ,.
Dear friends i was staying in this property for four days after pre pay booking. The behaviour of receptionstaff was very rude,not seenthis kind anywhere on my expereance,. The morning tea at 8Am. Rooms are ok. Need toforce themfor cleaning. Restaurant is lonely. The hotel is located on NH.. It is exactly in between airport and city.
So travelers can opt for it if they are catching early morning flight or coming by late night flight. The main advantage of this hotel is the price they are offering.. So it worked out pretty well. Staff were really very helpful in arranging the things as per our requirements and they are pretty quick too. Rooms are very good for the price we are paying. Newly built building and maintained very well. They provide all basis amenities at room.
Considering the Cochin weather I would recommend to book AC room irrespective of the season. Check in and check out very smooth and quick too. Overall it was pleasant experience. Good stay, good restaurant, good rooms. That's all. To get a morning tea you need to wait up to 8 AM. New hotel, so they may improve in due course. Staff are also new and they may need little more training.
