The hotel is very good food is excellent but it's inacceptable to have prostitute ever day near the pool and aura restaurant for a four season when I ask the staff near the pool they told me it's the management they accept that because we have only few tourist from arab Middle East country and it's crisis that's why they accept that but it's not a reason and not conform to a 5 stars hotel so if you are Muslim or a family don't come to this hotel I didn't come to four season with kids to see prostitution near the pool it's very bad.
The hotel is fantastic I don't know why you accept this type of customer in your hotel? Friday brunch is excellent spa also excellent the housekeeping is average they don't refill Nespresso coffee soap and conditionner and in one week after 4 days I receive some pastry but not every day but it's just little thing the main issue is prostitution for arabe customer and guest.
I slept in so many hotels first time I see that. People are nice service is good so you really to resolve this type of problem but I don't think because the staff told me you have that from a very long time unfortunately. We were in Egypt for 11 days and stayed at a few different hotels during our visit, but the Four Seasons was by far the best, compared to other similar caliber hotels. It felt luxurious, safe, well staffed, clean, and I would absolutely reccomend it. For females traveling to Egypt, it was a nice slice of peace of quiet in a crazy city.
Loved the huge bathtub, wonderful bed, great room service, and amazing lobby! Four Seasons should be impeccable, and it is But it has to be done, so no complaints.
