They operate freely. What takes place between a man and a women is their business, no matter what they choose should they both agree. But what they choose to do is what they choose to do. If i am not mistaken the legal age of consent in Cuba is Do i agree with it? Not necessarily so, but it is their laws. Anybody seen breaking these laws should be reported to the authorities as it would here. You would not think twice about it here at home; why not contact the proper authorities down there? Awww on vacation?
Don't need the hassle? As i have said we have escort agencies here. I do realize laws in Cuba differ. Alas it is their laws and their land to rule and as visitors to their land we should abide by their rules or face the consequences.
But I often read posts here that blur what to some is offensive with activities which are clearly illegal. The question on mind to me is not if it's legal, or proved etc, what is annoying me is the fact the hotel is advertised in all our brochures as a family resort. But it is allowing sex tourists to use the resort.
It may not be illegal, but it's not acceptable. What the solution is to this I am not sure, I am pretty certain the hotel will probably have repeat ladies, I'm sure they will notice this.
