The breakfast buffet also world-class, high quality cuisine. Truly impressed with every aspect of the hotel except some of the staff. The girl at check-in could have smiled a tad and the gentleman at reception late at night could have refrained from telling me "the room service guy is on his meal break, so can you please call back in 15 minutes for your room service order". Any other 5 star hotel would take the order, jot it down and then pass it on to the respective section, area or person, not tell the guest to call again.
