An 11 year old girl continues to fight for her life in a Victoria Hospital after she was struck by a car in Saanich Wednesday morning. Lala Bui sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital after she was hit by an SUV and then slid onto the pavement and collided with another car at Ash and Torquay. Piet Langstraat, Greater Victoria School Superintendent says his heart sank when he first heard Lala had been injured in the crash and the district immediately put support systems in place.
