Anyway, no Irish pub in Legazpi even in other major city of Naga Night life is not that very exciting in these cities. You will be fine with some traditonal karaoke bars , but big bars, girlie bars is not much of a scene there. You can ask your hotel once you get there , there might new places that has recently open.
For booking hotel ,you can always go walk in, there are not tourist visiting that city, Just take a tricycle and tell the driver to get you to the a clean budget hotel there. Try La trinidad hotel.. Go to Cebu. Get a taxi to any of the plus girlie bars. Grab a girl you fancy and ask her if she would like a few days of work.
Then take her north to Bantayan Island for a few days of fun. You won't regret it. Well, in my opinion 1. They are more formal than a girlie bar and some of them require membership. There might even be a dress code. The girlie bars are much more easy-going and most have a stage with girls dancing in bikini. You find them all over th world.
All of them have live Irish music and of cource they sell Guiness, but also othr beer and beverages. Also food. I cant imagine,,lol. Hi, I think you may have the wrong impression of Legaspi. When I was there several times recently I found the night life fairly low key. Could not find Guiness was there for St Patricks day and proper night clubs etc, if they exist, I could not find.
