Each company would be required to construct and maintain as applicable , access roads leading to the tourist sites, construct and maintain recreational centres at the tourist sites, build a small restaurant and a small guest house for tourists who want to sleep over at the tourist site.
The companies would also renovate the tourist sites including painting when the need arises. Where the above named structures are already available at the tourist site, the company will upgrade and maintain them. All the companies in question would have to do so for their adopted tourist sites. The benefits each company derives from this partnership include: a The company will have the exclusive right to advertise along the access roads leading to its adopted tourist site.
And the exclusive right to advertise at the actual tourist site and at all the facilities associated with the tourist site. Each contract will be valid for a fixed period of time for e. After four years, the Ministry of Tourism will evaluate the performance of the company that has adopted the tourist site and decide whether to renew the contract of the company or invite another company to adopt the tourist site. Evaluation will be based on the number of tourists who visit the tourist site as well as the income generated by the tourist attraction.
