Meilleurs avis internationaux. The posts vacillate between pop culture observations, enlightening views into the mind of men, musings on faith and religion, and the power of words.
Broken into a series of blog posts and short observations, the book's format is creative and original. Like Post Marked, the writing is so personal and honest that the reader can't help but feel like they are personally discussing each topic with Trost at "The Tap" over a couple beers. It leads to an extremely comfortable book you look forward to returning to at each sitting. When an early post refers to the fact that "cars must never be a color that is the same hue as a toddler snowsuit", you should know that you are going to be blessed with an inviting, amusing look at the world through the author's eyes.
This is a fantastic read I highly recommend. Merci pour votre commentaire. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu enregistrer votre vote. I love Mark's writing. He often makes me laugh, but then he'll come out of nowhere and deliver things like "The Exquisite Slips and Sides of Life" and "Standing My Ground" that are so beautifully written they bring tears to your eyes. That's why I came to love this collection of essays so much: I never knew what to expect on the next page.
He kept me on my toes, and I love when a writer does that. Mark's writing is always wise and insightful. I'm looking forward to "Post Marked" and whatever comes next from a writer both men and women can learn a lot from.
