Arrived this morning to find this place tired, carpets filthy in all areas including the room - lunch very ordinary, staff couldn't speak English, a 3 star place at absolute best. Find another place in this town More. I wonder that the filthy carpet at all areas you seen, and the staff can not speak English? Best regards,. Banme hotel is definitely not a value for money! Breakfast is very poor, selection of food is limited, city of coffee and coffee here is the worst. Room is not clean properly attached some pictures. WIFI is a complete disaster, not stable. The lobby looks like a train station. Staff is nice and polite Never again. Its location is simple in the central of city where you can easily walk around and find the restaurant, cafe, local club, The service is not real 4 stars but in a city which famous for coffee trees not for tourist they are worth to stay and especially you do not have many choices for 4 stars hotel in this city with the same location.
Breakfast is good enough for a long night sleep because there are not many entertainment activities at night at this city. Very impressed by the views and nice tidy rooms. Excellent hot water with good pressure which is needed after any time in Daklak's red dust. But overall the place is let down by the grimy corridors and lacklustre restaurants and cafes.
Massage centre seemed to be abandoned but maybe that was due to Tet. More like 3 stars rather than the claimed 4. Could we ask you about the room you stayed? And the restaurant on the top is open all time although the Lunar New Year Really really poor services, security not safe, a girl walk around floor and have a key can access to my room , then strong open door to break out the safe key inside.
I called to reception but no one came. I need to call 1 more time and they escort me to the camera room with impolite attitude. I'm waiting apology from management hotel but no one come to see me Breakfast too bad, closing time at 9.
