Arrived late at night and was approached twice by sex workers roaming outside the hotel on my way from the parking area to the reception. Found this very strange as Al Ain is a rather conservative city. Is the hotel management aware? Other than that, an ok hotel with a good breakfast buffet which has a lot on offer - the only thing I missed was tomato juice!

Your Rooms are terrible, they are Ex Soviet Reject junk, why on earth you show photos on your web site that have absolutely nothing to do with reality I don't understand, well I do understand, basically you are lying, AC is terribly noisy, Extractor fans even worse, absolutely shambolic rooms, the bathroom terrible and 2 star rate, the whole room is at best a 3 star room for the price of a 5 star.
