Good points Found it clean, pool was nice and some of the staff was helpful. Close to beaches Bad points prostitutes outside every nite!! Food was cold and breakfast very limited, staff are rude and unhelpfull who chose to ignore us all week because we complained about cold food. Rooms are very basic. Me and my partner have just got back from a week at this hotel on bed and breakfast board. I must say at first looking at the reviews we had mixed feelings.
From the minute we arrived we loved it. The first impressions were of friendly staff and the cleanliness of the whole place. We were made to feel relaxed and welcome immediately and were escorted to our room with them helping with our bags. We arrived late and they were more than willing to accommodate us food wise as we hadn't eaten for hours.
The room was good enough for what we wanted it for as a place to shower and sleep and was cleaned thoroughly daily. The pool was again clean and well looked after and the sun lounge area was spacious and comfortable.
The staff were always around making sure we had everything we wanted but NOT pushy as some can be!!! Now for the food I can honestly say that yes we didn't pay a lot for the holiday but was quite possibly the best week away we could of hoped for and that was down to the staff led by the owner who was brilliant. I can recommend this to anyone who reads this Plus they run a weekly Turkish night with a BBQ and entertainment Hope this helps you make your decision.
Happy holidays!!!! Overall, this is an excellent value hotel and we would happily stay again. The staff are generally very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is tasty, the pool is well maintained and it's a short ish walk to the beach mins and the old town 20 mins. Having said that, there were a few minor problems that made our stay less than perfect. The service from the senior staff was a bit spotty - sometimes they would greet us like old friends and other times would seem annoyed with us we thought we'd done something to offend them, then realised they acted the same with everyone that evening.
