The quality of the facilities is excellent, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the all inclusive was great value for what we paid. Entertainment was non existant which they said was because it was winter, in the same breath the indoor pool and bowling alley was closed because they only open it in winter?? This is suposed to be a family holiday hotel, we think not!

We are always most reassured to read that it's our friendly staff that is most appreciated so thank you for mentioning this. Regarding the comments about our Night Club , first of all we are sorry for your negative impression. We would like also to note that the opening time of the night club is late one and the location is situated away from bars or other public places , so the children do not have access there.
Regarding the other comments we are sorry, but we can't accept. Our hotel exists for decades and every year thousands of holidaymakers away here. Most of them are with families and people of the third age. We never had before complaints regarding the hotel's reputation. We only had a few small gripes really. They could do with an enclosed area to serve the food in allowing you to take it outside if you wish. We were in the green club rooms which was what we booked but ours was second floor in the corner so was very dark and dingy.
We didn't bother to ask to be moved as only a 6 night stay. The meat was mainly chicken, turkey, liver, kidneys and kebabs which was ok for 6 nights and price paid.
There was a bit of a lack of information with regards to evening entertainment. Although the staff's English isn't brilliant we always managed to make ourselves understood. The hotel, rooms, grounds and pools are all kept very clean. So anybody that says it is awful is probably expecting too much for their money. One final tip. If you have a late flight and are wanting to keep your room, it would probably be cheaper to book and extra night.
