Not recommended for family stay since lot of men bringing call girls to this hotel. Highly no no for family stay. Actually this is the second stay in Grand Bella hotel.. But this time i really dissapointed, first thing when i check in, it was take a long time and i've also angry with the staff because he photocopy my credit card front and back. I never have any experience stay in hotel which they already get my receipt payment but still need my credit card copy..
Second thing is when i took laundry service in this hotel,it also not satisfying, i should receive my laundry back latest on the second day as their inform me.. But on the night of the second day i still haven't received it.. So i called to the reception, instead given a good explanation, i got order with rude manner to wait until the next day!!
In the third day evening i still haven't got my laundry back.. I called to reception but no one pick up, so i go down directly to reception, and talk to staff who in charge for laundry.. Firstly when i asks about my laundry he seems confuse, but he relaxing me that he will find it.
And after several times a staff send my laundry back. Thank goodness!! I choose this hotel back because the location is good, easy to find food, and quite near to Central mall. But after these bad experience, I'm not sure i want stay again to this hotel.
Centrally located property with everything nearby. Near to the beach ,walking Street, Alkazar show Had a pleasant stay here. More comfortable for Indians. Indian food easily available. But not for a family stay. I would recommend this property only for male traveller not for a family. Rest all is good. Despite the room and location being the positive the hotel loses all its attraction with a very pathetic service. First the check-in was extremely tiring and the staff was uncommunicative.
