Lloyd Rose, 46, no permanent address, was sentenced to 21 months to four years in state prison with one year of probation after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance in Reading.

Brian De Leon, 26, of the block of Route Stony Run, Albany Township, was sentenced to six months of probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in Richmond Township. Kevens Duffault, 21, of the block of Elizabeth Avenue, Laureldale, was sentenced to six months of probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in Laureldale. Lawanda D. Gomez, 43, of the block of Upland Avenue, was sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to access-device fraud in Reading.
Christi Raihl, 38, of the block of Schuylkill Avenue, was sentenced to six to 23 months in Berks County Prison followed by three years of probation after pleading guilty to retail theft in Muhlenberg Township. Jonathan Rodriguez, 34, of the block of Kutztown Road, Muhlenberg Township, was sentenced to one year of probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in West Reading.
Julie K. Williams, 37, of the block of Hanley Place, was sentenced to one year of probation after pleading no contest to prostitution and related offenses in Reading. Nathaniel Workman, 44, of the block of Cotton Street, was sentenced to six months of electronic monitoring with three years of probation after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance in West Reading.
