The staff told me that the double cup was already sold out so asked me whether its okay for me to change into single cup. Thiam Peng. It embraces a zero sugar added concept for a healthier choice! And it strives to reduce wastage and plastics too! There's oolong jelly in there apparently. The tea was not bad, sweetness just nice. Taro was thick like orh-nee texture.
Mochi was soft and chewy and in big chunks. Couldn't really taste the chestnut. I think it got overpowered by the taro. Overall a drink suited for taro lover. As for me, I prefer their milk tea. The thick and gooey cheese foam will please cheese fans but this and the tea felt like rather separate elements both before and after mixing in. One downside is that the foam and ice takes up at least one third of the cup, meaning you get lesser drink.
