I was in high school not too long ago, and I remember the feelings of being stressed about preparing for college all too well. That's why I created this scholarship, to help get you started with identifying what YOU need to do to get prepared for everything that the college process entails. That's about it from me! It has been the icing on the cake of receiving admission to Rice University! The scholarship is motivation for me to keep continuing my hard work and has given me a lot of confidence in my abilities.

Now that I've applied for scholarships, and have won this one, I know that I have some money other than my own to put towards my academics. I cannot wait to apply this scholarship to the college of my choice, which has yet to be determined, and pursue a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

Students can either be living in the US as a US citizen, permanent resident, or with DACA status or living internationally, but must be planning to attend a college or university in the US.
