LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Jarred Chestnut, 32, West California Avenue, Sebring, were bound over to the county grand jury for first-degree felony aggravated burglary, third-degree felony having weapons while under disability and misdemeanor aggravated menacing for allegedly trespassing in a Continental Drive, Salem apartment, threatening the resident with a handgun, grabbing him by the neck and chest and threatening to put him in a trunk and make him disappear on June An affidavit filed by a Salem police officer accused Chestnut of using stealth to trespass in the apartment by going to the back door after attempting to go into the front door and concealing himself from the camera.
