By Nina Golgowski. Busted: Marco Dias, 21, was arrested on Thursday and charged with three counts of voyeurism after police say he hid a camera in a restaurant's bathroom. A Subway sandwich maker has been arrested after allegedly placing a hidden, motion-actived camera inside one of the restaurants' bathrooms. Marco Dias, 21, was arrested on Thursday after a customer at a Darien, Connecticut restaurant discovered the camera that police say shows Dias setting up the camera beneath the bathroom sink.
Angled at the bathroom's toilet, the footage confiscated by police showed three victims - two men and a woman - unknowingly exposing themselves. Appearing on camera after the camera's placement, Dias also allows himself to be filmed while using the toilet. According to Darien Police Detective Chester Perkowski, the camera's angle appeared more focused on seeing the men's genitals than the women who'd be seated. He certainly was shocked.

The camera, the size of a thumb drive, was described by the customer as having been placed in a slit of foam insulation around the sink's drain pipe. After pulling it out, the man who worked as a driver for Garda Armoured Car Service told police he saw that the black and silver object had a 'clear lens on the end,' according to the Darien Patch.
He pocketed the device and notified his supervisor who called police. Police reviewing the device found that it was designed to look like a regular USB thumb drive but had a built-in rechargeable battery and was motion activated. The footage obtained would be stored on a micro-SD card, Detective Perkowski wrote in his report according to the Patch.
Dias was arrested in the parking lot of one of the restaurants after identified as the man in the video. A search of Dias' home in Bridgeport, shared by his parents, uncovered an additional 'spy' camera and computer equipment, NBC Connecticut reports. The bail commissioner told the court's judge on Friday that Dias was 'recently separated,' according to the Patch. His next court date is set for Aug Watch the video here:.
