I stayed at a central Warsaw hotel a few times several years ago, and a flyer advertising prostitutes was slipped under my door each time. One time I stayed there with my brother and his wife. I got an ad but they didn't get one under their door, which proves that the hotel were cooperating with the pimps.

Of course they should not be forced into prostitution,. In many countries it's legal, not only in Poland. Midas 1 14 Jan I think most people who aren't aware of what I wrote about Poles and Roman Catholicism earlier on find it odd that a very religious country never even moved to outlaw prostitution in any way, hence the thread. Drugs aren't legal.
Look for bright sides. I know that overwhelming number of women that get into that trade have problems to begin with, and I don't want to get into whole sociology of the industry, but why would law make a distinction between woman getting paid for typing but not for giving hand jobs? I don't mind prostitution being legal. I think they should tax it though, but the Polish government hasn't figured that out yet. Why is Prostitution still legal in Poland?
