Het liefst gebruik ik Essie en ook wel OPI. Could it be Congressman Michael Grimm? He has good staff, and will likely be receptive to their story, but he has already been bought by the lobby. But worth a try….. Whoever the Congressional representative, they are in a position to get State to respond to the ongoing harassment. I definitely think it depends on the situation.
The reason I choose not to wear one when I am city biking is because my forehead gets really sweaty. I prefer both, and neither. Sometimes I would rather just feel the ride, and other times I would love to think.
