We came to Puerto Cabezas to see something new and different. Not much tourism here, but lots to see. We enjoy small fishing villages and hooked up with Cody from Adventurenica who took us on a few trips to see the local culture. I'd recommend The Atlantic coast of Nicaragua is definitely worth a visit - especially if you like adventure and want to go somewhere less touristy. And you absolutely want to go with Adventurenica because Cody is the best guide in Nicaragua.
