The office is open 24 hours a day, days a year. Logs for previous years are available upon request. The StagAlert system is able to send messages simultaneously as voice calls, text messages, and e-mail messages. Depending on the nature of the situation, any or all of these methods may be used to communicate with the intended recipients.
Department of Public Safety has a full time staff of Officers conduct foot, vehicular, and bicycle patrols of the campus and resident areas 24 hours a day, days a year. All student, faculty and staff vehicles must be registered with the Parking Office located on the ground floor of Loyola Hall. First-year and sophomore resident students are not authorized to have automobiles on campus including weekends.
