Lovely big and clean rooms and close by to everything needed. I booked a junior suite room with a queen size bed, called the hotel one day before the trip and was assured I would get that bed. Instead, when me and my partner came to the room, we found 2 single beds put together. Sleeping on them was a nightmare as these beds constantly move, leaving a big hole in between.
We have also found black hair in the bathroom and toilet. I honestly feel I was cheated by the hotel. Room cleanliness was very poor, there was rubbish under the bed and black mold on the bathroom silicon seals. Staff at the reception was helpful. Great location, very friendly staff. Bar was excellent with a decent selection of food options. The rooms were comfortable and very clean but the bathroom could have done with a slight refurbishment.
