I'm in shenzhen once a month for work and every time I dine at the Grand Hyatt shenzhen, in any restaurant, there are always a few tables of prostitutes constantly taking selfies and speaking loudly. It's very uncomfortable for me and people in the restaurant. Management should sit them in the corners of the restaurant, making them less visible. Did I mention the washroom on the ground floor next to that Chinese restaurant is always very dirty and smelly? Not something you expect at a five star hotel.

It can be disturbing when a guest dining alone is seated near groups that are socialising. This sentiment is universal. As for the public guest lavatory on the ground level, attendants are scheduled regularly to clean up. Apparently this has fallen short on some occasions, and I will instruct the housekeeping team to step up on cleaning frequency especially during peak hours.
