Im going to Palembang for holiday with my family and I choose Aston Palembang for staying,the Hotel was very good aspecialy for the service very excelent. Nice room, nice food,nice swimming pool and nice staff, and we're very happy. Thanks for Aston Palembang,next holiday we'll be back again. I like the palembang signature "model and tekwan". In the bathroom there is no hand towel available. Overall Aston Palembang is okay. Nice Hotel, nice staff, when I arrived at the Hotel every staff greeting with my name, im very surprised and they was very friendly.
They give me nice room,its look like the room already prepared for me, and the Breakfast very nice so many variatie of food I loved it. I realy realy appreciate and thank you very much for Aston Palembang. I hope i can be back again in the future. Once again thank you very much. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom's stay experienced with Aston Palembang a few days ago.
She Mrs. Sri Wahyudi was staying for business trip with my sister and share to me that she was treat very well by the front office manager. Arrived in the early morning, feel tired and need to freshen up. The manager was approach, giving a little bit warm welcome and offering assistance. He give a cup of tea to delight my mom's day. Its such an excellent service from upper management where usually manager are busy with meeting and not really involve in operational, its not with Aston Palembang.
The manager also doing a superb hospitality by escort my mom to the room and help to carry the luggage. The second day, while enjoying the breakfast the manager keep maintain service by asking the experience of the stay and ensure that my mom was having a good sleep. Another thing we would like to thank is housekeeping and team at restaurant during breakfast for their kindness, smile and hospitality.
