Low 38F. Winds light and variable. Updated: November 28, am. San Luis Obispo County law enforcement arrested 37 people over three nights this week in a prostitution sting. Those arrested from Santa Maria are: Conrado C. San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach police departments worked together in the operation with both male and female undercover officers working to identify both prostitutes and people soliciting sex.
The operation started Tuesday night in Pismo Beach with 14 arrests. It continued Wednesday night in Arroyo Grande where police made 10 more arrests. And ended Thursday in San Luis Obispo where 13 more people were apprehended. Arrests were mostly for solicitation of prostitution.
