This is a resort that knows how to do it right. At check-in, we were struck by the elegance of the lobby. Classy and sexy. The front desk folks were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at about pm, but rooms are not available until 3pm.
So they give you your wristband and allow you to start enjoying the property. You can also leave your bags with the bell guys while you wait for your room.
They WILL try to sell you on doing their timeshare presentation for an hour the next day. If you're considering a timeshare, then do the meeting. If you know you're not, simply refuse. That's what we did. Jenny didn't get mean or anything, but she did say it's our loss if we don't do the meeting. But it's your vacation, so don't be afraid to be firm. Value every hour you can get! Our room was great. Air conditioning worked excellently.
We were never uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable, balcony was very nice to have morning coffee on, the shower built for two with two shower heads is sexy and allows for LOTS of additional activity in there than just washing.
My wife and I loved getting stimulated all day at the pool from the sexy vibe, then having the porn put us over the edge at the end of the day. The three pools are terrific. Great swim up bar, and the bartenders are friendly and provide great drinks. If you want a quiter vibe, go to the Quiet Pool, which also has a swim up bar. And there's a Sports Pool where they have games and a wild foam party like a nightclub vibe in the pool Particularly delicious was the tropical fruit they provide. I have never had better strawberries or mango in my LIFE.
