I don't know if this will help but here it goes: There are no red light districts in Istanbul, or anywhere in Turkey for that matter. There are brothels, private -illegal- houses and escorts. The legal brothels are shit. I mean shit! The woman there are cheap as fuck but you wouldn't fuck them if they offer to pay you. The private houses are hard to find and personally I don't feel safe, although many of my friends do try out these places and they are usually hit-or-miss.
