They come on here and talk a good talk and lie, they must be on the take, there are many prostitutes at the hotel and their pimps, if you are happy to holiday in a brothel then this is the place for you. Thomas Cook also deny the fact that these are prostitutes but how many married couples do you know who go on holiday the man arriving a few days before his wife and then she leaves a few days before her husband, poppycock..
They also run out of bottled water, cola, chicken,and a whole host of other basic items , they serve partially cooked chicken in fact raw chicken. The rooms are infested with cockroaches. The food is not covered birds ants flies and cockroaches can be found in the food. They run out of plastic cups in the pool area and rummage in the rubbish to retrieve used plastic cups to reuse.
It is most disgusting and the worst hotel we have ever been to, and don think we haven't travelled we have been all over the world, more places than you could imagine and some 3rd world countries where the hotels had much more pride and cleanliness than this hotel will ever achieve, plus no prostitutes. I will never go back to this hotel, the staff do their best with limited means, it's the management I will never go back to this hotel, the staff do their best with limited means, it's the management that's the problem not the serving staff.
I made a formal complaint and I know several others who also did the same, therefore if Thomas Cook are saying there are no complaints then that is a lie. Thank you very much for posting on our resort. First of all, we need to say that prostitution is against the law in Cuba; therefore it is not permitted in our resort. The minimum age to book the hotel is 18 years old.
On the other hand, according to the Cuban law, we cannot tag anyone as prostitute only based on age or length of stay. The hotel management constantly watches any improper behaviour of any of the hotel guests, in regards to inadequate sexual comportment or any other situation. We take very strict measures that vary from warning to expelling anyone if required. Regarding the problems of service, of course we make mistakes and not always our service is perfect but you can be sure that all our staff and management do their best to achieve the high standard that all our guests deserve.
