There is +-5% error possibility to the measurements according to clothing supplier.

Please choose size carefully since our products are produced-to-order and won't be exchanged or returned.

All of our apparel products are unisex and standart fit, but they run on the smaller side, so we suggest you to buy one size up for more 'loose' style. If you are interested in custom colour or different apparel type - please don't hesitate to contact us!

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and bank transfers. We take cardholder security extremely seriously and every purchase is audited individually. Payments that cannot be authorized or validated against information on file with the issuer will be immediately refunded and the order cancelled. Please ensure that billing information is accurate at the time of order to prevent order cancellation.

Petrol Passion does not share customer information with outside parties. All orders placed through this site are SSL secured.

Delivery

Since Petrol Passion products are produced to order, production may take 3-9 working days. Once produced, your order will immediately be shipped. The time it takes in transit will depend on many factors. Within most of the Europe orders are delivered typically within 4-9 days when postal service is normal. For orders outside Europe, longer times are expected. During Christmas period the times could be extended and no shipping times can be guaranteed although we will do our best to ship it as fast as possible after production. Thanks for your understanding, it is deeply appreciated.

Delivery times vary substantially depending on time of year, how busy your local customs is, and many other factors.

Currently we are not shipping to United Kingdom. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We send the goods via registered priority mail, so this ensures safe delivery. Tracking information is available in shipping confirmation email or on your account in our website. While I make every effort to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible, I cannot provide guaranteed delivery times. Please check your spam folder or your account for further confirmation messages if you can't see them. Please check your local post office with the tracking code if you think it should of been delivered by now. Unclaimed parcels or parcels with wrong address will be resent at your cost.

Double check your items before ordering, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and changes or refunds won't be given after the payment is received. Our merchandise is produced to order, so your order goes straight to production via system to our supplier. Refunds or exchanges are available only if error on our behalf occurs (wrong size, design and etc.). There can be a little color/arrangement differences from preview pictures.
