Absolutely, because for the most part it's true. So throughout the course of those many years he likely invested over a hundred thousand dollars towards the upkeep of that relationship and thus that fantasy which she offered to him under false pretenses as far as certain genetic factors would go. Whereas if she had disclosed her past surgery he could have made an informed choice, of whether or not to take an informed risk regarding having children.
You might not agree with his motivation to get married to have attractive children but if he at any point said something like "We would have such beautiful children together" and she agreed, without disclosing the fact that her looks have nothing to do with her genetics, she knowingly lied. On top of which, China or not, if she was able to go spend , dollars on cosmetic surgery in Korea, I highly doubt that the , dollars she was sued for is a lot of money to her She's probably a wealthy Heiress of some manner, which would explain why the news story wasn't lost in the fray as many important stories from China are.
