We also loved seeing Maria's farm, meeting her many creatures and seeing her wonderful little farm house. Amazing place, amazing hospitality, amazing village, amazing local people, amazing host.
Experience beyond words. Highly recommended. We spent a great time at the Quinta Dos Ribeiros. We found a really nice little house, full of peace, and great hospitality. Pedro is an excellent host, very helpful and with a lot of empathy. We thank him for giving us a lot of nice ideas where to go and what to see in this wonderful country. Wonderful farm run by beautiful people who are warm and caring! The house was very comfortable and stylish.
Highly recommend to tour the farm and see all the animals, especially Romeo and Juliette, the cow and sheep pair who are inseparable. So adorable! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Pictures don't really do justice! Charming renovated outhouse in a wonderful setting Thoroughly enjoyable nights stay. We had a Nice stay for two nights. Beautiful area. Nice swimming pool and great to stroll around the garden. Pedro suggested a great restaurant in the village!
We stayed in the modern house. Nice terrace but unfortunately without a view, and you do hear the road during the night. But not a dealbreaker. Pedro was a gracious host, and even came and got us when our GPS had let us astray. While the house itself could use some TLC, wandering the farm, visiting the donkeys, and sipping wine on the private grapevine-covered patio was worth the stay.
