Countries I went to: Thailand and I found the girls not really keen on brown guys, it's too crowded to the point there is more guys than girls anywhere you go and the girls are too hardcore. Indonesia and language barrier is higher than the philippines and thailand and the whole country is unpleasant. Eastern europe the girls has no interest in brown guys.
