Treated like a child and a prostitute!! Spend my money on a disrespectful place and people. Pros: I have stayed at 10th floor in this hotel for around a month. Room service is great. Room is cleaned everyday and beds are arranged. Small refrigerator available to keep drinks cold. Staffs are good. Cons: I have had couple of sleepless nights due to the banging music from the night clubs.
Breakfast food menu is repetitive. Not much difference in items. Only 23 TV channels. Laundry charges are very high. Charged 31 BD for 5 pair of clothes.
Good in every thing but it take 10 bhd for visitor Over all thanks for your service The Skype club is very good for spent your time with good value The Sahara restaurant is good programs The gym and spa is very good. Nice hotel apart from the desco in first floor. The reception people were very helpful and friendly. I would like to express my sincere thanks for all for the kind hospitality and I will choose the same hotel if I visit Bahrain again.
I booked this hotel for 3 nights for my Eid holidays, hotel is good but the service is very slow and they do not have a professional operation team. I'm not impressed and I have a suggestion to the concerned Manager that you should make sure that next time when the staff recruitments are happening for your hotel please make sure that the selected employees are matching with the job descriptions for each positions..
I hope you will consider this to improve your hotel service standards..!! I visited Bahrain for business and chose this hotel as all hotels seemed to have nightclubs except the really expensive ones and the decoration looked great in the pics. Bass pounding through the pillow till 2am.
