Inviting, illuminating, empowering, challenging, revealing, freeing, energising, nurturing, normalising, affirming, honouring….. In this choreographed ceremony we can move between different roles, experiment and try ourselves out. Celebrate with others your body, your genitals, your lust and your arousal.
Slip into the role of an exhibitionist or voyeur or watch the goings-on as a witness from the outside. Clothing, nudity and masturbation are welcome. The ceremony provides a powerful opportunity to increase your sense of self acceptance. There is a opportunity for gaining confidence in managing your boundaries. The 3 Circles Ceremony was developed by Joseph Kramer and delivered by the Institute of Somatic Sexology, and uses 3 circular areas to represent 3 different aspects of participation.
There is an the outside circle in which to be still and support the group. The second circle is an area to individually explore your own sexual and sensual nature. The centre is an area in which to interact with others if you choose. This physical delineation of areas gives visible form to the agreements we make regarding the nature of each space. The event is clothing optional. Some massage oil or lube if you have special needs. Participants are free to explore their sexuality with or without physical interaction with others and with or without clothing.
