No disposable table cover but there are two towels on the table so I would assume the top towel has been changed. There is no towel or the U shape cushion on the head hole but the material is washable leather or soft vinyl type so again I assume it has been wipped clean after the previous client. In fact I quite like this rather than some towel folded in an U which is not changed!
